为缩短边耦合加速腔腔片制造周期,需用部分腔片确定Tauk的π/2模式频率,采用整腔结尾,调节端腔频率使相邻耦合腔输出最小的方法,得到比较准确的结果。焊后调谐,耦合腔频率用近似方法调节,加速腔则用相对精确的方法调谐。用桥耦合器连接Tank后,腔数增加引起π/2模式频率下降,桥耦合器的频率要调高于设计值。
In order to shorten the manufacturing period of the coupling cavity, a part of the cavity must be used to determine the π / 2 mode frequency of Tauk.
