目的:观察荔枝多糖对小鼠的抗疲劳作用。方法:小鼠随机分为5组:空白对照组、模型组、阳性对照组(西洋参0.36 g/kg)及荔枝多糖高、低(0.4、0.2 g/kg)剂量组,连续灌胃给药14 d后,采用负重游泳实验,记录游泳时间,并在小鼠游泳一定时间后采血检测血清尿素氮、血乳酸及血乳酸脱氢酶水平;取肝脏检测肝糖原含量。结果:小鼠给药14 d后,与模型组比较,荔枝多糖能显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间,显著降低运动后血清尿素氮和乳酸水平,增加小鼠肝糖原含量和提高乳酸脱氢酶活性。结论:荔枝多糖具有良好的抗疲劳作用,增加糖原储备以及减少运动后尿素氮和乳酸的蓄积。
Objective: To observe the anti-fatigue effect of litchi polysaccharide on mice. Methods: The mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group, model group, positive control group (ginseng 0.36 g / kg) and litchi polysaccharide high and low (0.4, 0.2 g / kg) d, the use of load-bearing swimming test, record the swimming time, and after a certain swimming time in mice blood serum urea nitrogen, blood lactate and lactate dehydrogenase levels; liver to detect hepatic glycogen content. Results: Compared with the model group, the litchi polysaccharide significantly prolonged the weight-bearing swimming time and significantly decreased the levels of serum urea nitrogen and lactate, increased the content of hepatic glycogen and increased the activity of lactate dehydrogenase active. Conclusion: Litchi polysaccharides have a good anti-fatigue effect, increase glycogen reserves and reduce exercise urea nitrogen and lactic acid accumulation.
