研究了热锻、热压与热压加热锻三种开坯方法对Fe_3Al基合金组织及性能的影响。结果表明:热锻开坯虽可获得细小均匀的等轴晶,但热锻加工中坯料易产生裂纹;热压加工由于形变速率较低,提高了Fe_3Al的加工性能,能避免坯料产生裂纹,但开坯后组织不如锻造均匀细小;采用热压后加热锻的方法开坯,不但有效地避免了坯料产生裂纹,同时获得的坯料组织均匀细小,最终轧制形成的板材力学性能优良稳定。
The effects of hot-forging, hot-pressing and hot-pressing forging on the microstructure and properties of Fe_3Al-based alloys were studied. The results show that although the hot-forging billet can obtain uniform and equiaxed grains, the billet is easily cracked during the hot-forging process. Because of the low deformation rate, the hot-forging billet improves the workability of Fe_3Al and prevents the blank from cracking. Billet after the organization as forging uniform fine; using hot forging method after billet, not only to effectively prevent the blank to produce cracks, while the billet obtained uniform and fine, the final rolling plate mechanical properties of excellent and stable.
