目前,制取润滑冷却液的装置大都结构简单,而且使用可靠性好,它们是利用流过变截面孔,且具有很高压力与流速梯度的乳化液内的声汽穴现象原理来工作的。这种装置的缺点是能量消耗较大(电动机容量为4kw)。
At present, most of the devices for preparing lubricating lubricating liquid are simple in structure and good in reliability. They work by using the principle of acoustic cavitation in the emulsion flowing through the variable cross-section hole and having high pressure and flow rate gradient. The disadvantage of this device is the large energy consumption (motor capacity 4kw).
