应用微波萃取法萃取红景天总黄酮。采用单因素试验考察了固液比、萃取溶剂、萃取时间、萃取温度、升温时间和萃取功率6个因素对红景天总黄酮提取率的影响。利用正交试验确定了最优提取工艺条件:固液比为1:10、乙醇浓度为55%、功率为200 W、萃取温度为80℃、升温时间为7 min、萃取时间为4 min,总黄酮提取率为17.25%。与回流法和超声提取法进行对比,微波萃取法所得黄酮提取率和羟基自由基清活性均高于对比方法。可见采用微波法提取红景天总黄酮提取效率高,提取物活性好。
Extraction of total flavonoids from Rhodiola by microwave extraction The effects of solid-liquid ratio, extraction solvent, extraction time, extraction temperature, heating time and extraction power on the extraction of total flavonoids from Rhodiola rosea were investigated by single factor experiments.
