I. INTRODUCTION In production and scientific experiments, multi-factor tests are often performed in order to improve quality, increase production, or reduce costs. How to arrange multi-factor experiments is a question worth studying. Well-designed tests can not only reduce the number of tests, shorten the time and avoid blindness, but also quickly obtain effective results; the test design is not good, the number of tests is numerous, and the results are not necessarily satisfactory. The “Orthogonal Design Test Method” (hereinafter referred to as “orthogonal design”), or orthogonal table method, is an important method for arranging multi-factor test conditions. Orthogonal design has a wide range of applications, such as industry, agriculture, and defense technology. In fact, it is an industry that has not been used yet.
