目的探讨中西医结合治疗母乳性黄疸的治疗效果。方法对7 0例母乳性黄疸患儿采用继续母乳喂养,不需住院,给予口服中成药茵栀黄口服液,西药口服枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒的方法。结果中西医结合治疗母乳性黄疸总有效率为100%。具有良好的临床疗效,优于停母乳喂养、光疗等治疗方法。结论口服茵栀黄口服液加枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒治疗母乳性黄疸,是安全、可靠、经济、方便的治疗方法。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on breast milk jaundice. Methods 70 cases of breast milk jaundice continued breastfeeding, without hospitalization, oral administration of proprietary Chinese medicine Yinzhihuang oral solution, western medicine oral Bacillus subtilis viable particles. Results Integrative Medicine treatment of breast milk jaundice total efficiency of 100%. Has a good clinical efficacy, better than stopping breastfeeding, phototherapy and other treatment methods. Conclusion Oral Yin Zhi Huang oral liquid plus Bacillus subtilis two live bacteria in the treatment of breast milk jaundice, is safe, reliable, economical and convenient treatment.
