目的 :研究益母草注射液联合缩宫素对剖宫产术后患者凝血功能的影响。方法 :选择住院行剖宫术200例患者为研究对象。随机分两组。观察组胎儿娩出后在子宫下段注射益母草注射液2毫升(2支),即40毫克,宫体依旧注射缩宫素20单位。对照组只宫体注射缩宫素20单位,不注射注射益母草注射液。观察患者凝血酶原时间(TP-T),凝血酶原时间(TP-R),国际标准化比值(TP-INR),活化部分凝血活酶时间变化。结果:益母草+缩宫素组预防治疗后剖宫产术后患者TP-T、TP-R、TP-INR、活化部分凝血活酶时间均降低与治疗前具有显著相差异(P<0.05),而凝血活酶时间水平无显著相差异(P>0.05)。益母草+缩宫素组与缩宫素组比较患者治疗前TP-T、TP-R、TP-INR、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血活酶时间水平无显著相差异(P>0.05),治疗后TP-T、活化部分凝血活酶时间减低具有显著相差异(P<0.05),TP-INR减低具有极显著相差异(P<0.01),TP-R、凝血活酶时间水平无显著相差异(P>0.05)。结论益母草注射液与缩宫素联合应用患者凝血功能的作用,从而达到预防及治疗产后出血的目的。
Objective: To study the effect of motherwort injection combined with oxytocin on coagulation function in patients after cesarean section. Methods: 200 cases of cesarean asylums were selected as study subjects. Randomly divided into two groups. Observation group fetus after delivery in the lower uterine injection of Leonurus injection 2 ml (2), that is, 40 mg, the body is still injected oxytocin 20 units. In the control group, only 20 units of oxytocin were injected into the uterus without injection of Leonurus injection. The changes of prothrombin time (TP-T), prothrombin time (TP-R), international normalized ratio (TP-INR) and activated partial thromboplastin time were observed. Results: After the preventive treatment of Motherwort + oxytocin group, the TP-T, TP-R, TP-INR and the activated partial thromboplastin time were significantly decreased after cesarean section (P <0.05) There was no significant difference in thromboplastin time (P> 0.05). The levels of TP-T, TP-R, TP-INR, activated partial thromboplastin time, and thromboplastin time before treatment in the motherwort + oxytocin group and oxytocin group were not significantly different (P> 0.05) There was significant difference (P <0.05) between TP-T and activated partial thromboplastin time (P <0.05), TP-INR decreased with significant difference (P <0.01) (P> 0.05). Conclusion Motherwort injection and oxytocin combined application of coagulation in patients with the role, so as to achieve the purpose of prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.
