为了保证矫直质量 ,矫直辊应和管棒材呈线接触。基于此 ,本文从啮合原理的角度推导出了斜辊矫直机的矫直辊的理想型线 (双曲线 )。试验表明 :新算法与传统的包络算法相比 ,理论计算精度等级基本相同 ,但新算法表达方式更简练准确 ,使用新算法加工的矫直辊实际矫直效果更好
In order to ensure the straightening quality, the straightening roller should be in line contact with the tube bar. Based on this, the ideal line (hyperbolic curve) of the straightening roller of skew roller leveler is deduced from the principle of meshing. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional envelope algorithm, the accuracy of the new algorithm is basically the same, but the new algorithm is more concise and accurate, and the straightening roller with the new algorithm is more effective in straightening.
