本文根据受教育年限法对我国人力资本存量水平进行了计算,并用基尼系数及泰尔指数度量了区域人力资本的分布水平。表明自2002年以来,我国人力资本的存量水平有了明显提高,人力资本分布水平也逐渐向均衡化发展。此外,本文根据泰尔指数的可分解性,还对人力资本区域内及区域间差异对总体差异的贡献率进行了度量,发现东、中、西各区域间及城乡之间的人力资本差异均大于各区域内部的差异,而城乡差异又大于东、中、西三大地带间的差异,构城了我国人力资本区域差异的主体部分。
This paper calculates the level of stock of human capital in our country according to the law of years of education, and uses the Gini coefficient and Theil index to measure the distribution of regional human capital. It shows that since 2002, the stock level of our country's human capital has been significantly improved, and the distribution level of human capital has also gradually been balanced. In addition, based on the decomposition of the Theil index, this paper also measures the contribution rate of the differences between human capital regions and regions to the overall differences and finds that the differences of human capital between the regions of East, Central and Western China and between urban and rural areas Which is greater than the difference within each region. However, the difference between urban and rural areas is greater than the difference between the three major eastern, central and western regions, constituting the main part of the regional differences of human capital in our country.
