单独招生是高职院校自行设置考核方式和题目,招收录取分数线之上的初高中毕业生,以提高生源质量,为高职院校带来更多的效益。然而由于学生的个人素质不同,思想差异较大,给高职教育带来了很大的冲击,同时也严重阻碍了高校教学工作的顺利开展。本文将论述高职院校单独招生的意义,并针对学生的性格特点提出教育教学的改革策略,以帮助学生调整心态,使其更快的适应高校的教学节奏,从而真正的实现高职教育的教学理念,促进学生身心的全面发展。
