利用特异性的抗原产生的单克隆抗体具有催化很多有机化学反应的性质。特异性抗原可用适当的化学模型物与载体蛋白连接而成。设计化学模型物可考虑:(1)反应过渡态的稳定性;(2)反应基团的接近效应;(3)引入催化基团。
Monoclonal antibodies produced using specific antigens have the property of catalyzing many organic chemical reactions. Specific antigens can be made using suitable chemical models and carrier proteins. The design of the chemical model can be considered: (1) the stability of the transition state of the reaction; (2) the proximity effect of the reactive group; and (3) the introduction of the catalytic group.
