我教过的学生中有一个叫艾裴宁的,他聪明、活泼,但也有明显的缺点:上课时坐不住,东瞅西看;在课桌上乱写乱画;作业字迹潦草,还经常完不成作业;自己的座位上一塌糊涂,像个垃圾堆;书和本子没几天就被弄得千疮百孔;还经常与同学吵架。这些毛病在其他孩子身上也或多或少的存在,我决定就从艾裴宁着手,力争用耐心、爱心和合理的方法逐步帮助他改正缺点,进而带动全班同学,树立良好班风。
