我们地区是山区、老区,经济和教育还比较落后。随着教改的深入,教研工作越来越引起人们的重视。如何抓好全区的教研工作?我们的作法和体会是: 一、建立网络,疏通教研渠道 我区有14个县(市),乡级以上的中小学600多所,中小学教师近4万人,而地县两级教研员总共才160多人。如果不建立教研网络,不依靠热心教研的志愿兵,教研工作只能浮在面上,深入不下去;也可能在局部(点上)轰轰烈烈,大面积还是冷冷清清。为了强化教研指挥系统,保证教研渠道畅通,我们从1986年开始建立了纵横交错的教研网络。
Our region is a mountainous area and an old one, and economics and education are still relatively backward. With the deepening of education reform, teaching and research work has increasingly attracted people’s attention. How to do a good job in teaching and research in the region? Our practices and experiences are: First, establish a network and open up teaching and research channels There are 14 counties (cities) in our district, more than 600 primary and secondary schools above the township level, and nearly 40,000 primary and secondary school teachers. People, and only two levels of teaching and research staff in the county were only more than 160 people. If we do not establish a teaching and research network and do not rely on enthusiasm for teaching volunteers, teaching and research work can only surface, failing to go deep; it may also be local (points) vigorous, large area is still deserted. In order to strengthen the teaching and research command system and ensure the openness of teaching and research channels, we have established a criss-crossed teaching and research network since 1986.
