针对目前海洋混凝土工程的腐蚀现状,为了探索海洋微生物对混凝土工程浪溅区混凝土的作用机理,在海洋防波堤浪溅区取样,进行混凝土的SEM,EDAX分析并对试样表面的微生物群落进行分子鉴定。SEM,EDAX结果表明,混凝土表面有很多的有机团聚物包裹在晶体的周围。并克隆了其中14株细菌的16S rRNA基因,通过其序列的测定和比较,对这14株细菌进行了分子鉴定,结果表明它们分属于弧菌、假单胞菌、弓形杆菌和假交替单胞菌等4个不同的菌属。
In order to explore the mechanism of action of marine microorganisms on the concrete in the wave-splashing area of concrete engineering, aiming at the present situation of the corrosion of marine concrete engineering, the samples were taken from the wave-splashing area of the marine breakwater to carry out the SEM and EDAX analysis of the concrete and the molecular identification of the microbial communities on the surface of the sample . SEM, EDAX results show that there are a lot of organic aggregates on the concrete surface wrapped around the crystal. The 16S rRNA genes of 14 bacterial strains were cloned, and the 14 bacterial strains were identified by their sequences. The results showed that they belong to Vibrio, Pseudomonas, Arcobacter, and pseudotrupeular cell 4 different bacteria and other bacteria.
