型钢水泥土搅拌墙在基坑工程中有着广泛的应用,因为没有充分了解水泥土在搅拌墙中起到的作用,水泥土的刚度仅被作为安全储备,这无疑造成一定的浪费。为了研究水泥土强度对搅拌墙的影响,本文以水泥土强度为变量设计了系列双型钢水泥土组合梁试验,采用分布式光纤采集试验梁加载过程的应变数据,提出了针对H型钢的分布式光纤应变数据的处理方法。通过对实验数据的处理和分析,得到了水泥土强度对组合梁挠度、刚度的影响规律,以及型钢与水泥土对组合梁外部荷载的分担情况。本文对型钢水泥土搅拌墙的理论研究与实际应用有一定的参考价值。
Steel-concrete mixing wall in the pit engineering has a wide range of applications, because there is no full understanding of the role of cement in the mixing wall, cement soil stiffness is only as a safety reserve, which will undoubtedly cause some waste. In order to study the effect of cement soil strength on the mixing wall, this paper designed a series of double-section steel-concrete composite beams with variable cement-soil strength. The distributed optical fiber was used to collect the strain data during the loading process of the test beam, Optical fiber strain data processing methods. Through the analysis and processing of the experimental data, the influence law of the strength of cement soil on the deflection and stiffness of the composite beam is obtained, and the load sharing of the composite beam by the section steel and cement soil is obtained. This article has certain reference value to the theoretical research and practical application of profiled cement-soil mixing wall.
