目的了解低年资护士健康教育知识知晓现状及其在护理工作中开展健康教育工作的现状,分析存在问题,制定相应的整改对策。方法 2016年9月自拟调查问卷对某妇幼保健院参加工作5年以下的122名护理人员进行调查。结果 63.9%(78/122)认为健康教育工作很重要,36.1%(44/122)认为重要。41.0%(50/122)的人在学校没有接受过健康教育知识方面的培训;93.4%(114/122)的护士是参加工作后进行的健康教育知识培训;45.9%(56/122)的护士认为其健康教育知识不能满足临床工作需要;27.0%(33/122)的护士认为现在科室关于健康教育方面的培训不能满足其培训需求。48.4%(59/122)的护士健康教育时间每天不足30 min;28.7%(35/122)的护士不能针对不同的患者进行个体化教育。41.0%(50/122)的护士认为缺乏时间;45.1%(55/122)的护士认为缺乏沟通技巧;22.1%(27/122)的护士认为缺乏技能;29.5%(36/122)的护士认为患者对护士信任依从性差。护士对健康定义的知晓率最高,为90.98%(111/122);护士对目前临床上采用最多的健康教育模式的知晓率最低,为8.20%(10/122)。结论低年资护士对健康教育知识的知晓率低,不能规范有效地开展健康教育工作,医院应加大此方面的培训及管理力度。
Objective To understand the status quo of awareness of health education in nurses with low seniority and the status quo of health education in nursing work, analyze the existing problems and make corresponding corrective measures. Methods In September 2016, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 122 nurses who participated in a maternity and child care hospital for less than 5 years. Results 63.9% (78/122) considered health education as important and 36.1% (44/122) considered important. 41.4% (114/122) nurses were trained in health education after attending the work; 45.9% (56/122) nurses had 41.0% (50/122) nurses who did not receive health education knowledge in the school; Think that their knowledge of health education can not meet the needs of clinical work; 27.0% (33/122) of nurses believe that now department training on health education can not meet their training needs. 48.4% (59/122) of nurses spent less than 30 minutes of health education per day; 28.7% (35/122) of nurses could not be individualized for different patients. 41.0% (50/122) of the nurses considered the lack of time; 45.1% (55/122) of the nurses considered the lack of communication skills; 22.1% (27/122) of the nurses considered the lack of skills; 29.5% (36/122) Patients have poor trust in nurses. The highest awareness rate of nurses on health definition was 90.98% (111/122). Nurses had the lowest awareness rate of 8.20% (10/122) on the most clinically used health education models at present. Conclusion The low-level nurses have low awareness of health education knowledge and can not regulate and effectively carry out health education. The hospital should increase its training and management.
