鉴于肾虚证可出现β受体cCAMP及M受体cGMP一对细胞调控机制失平衡,某些滋阴或助阳药有反方向的纠正功效。为探讨它们的作用机理,合成了β受体和M受体的不可逆阻断剂作为工具药,建立受体分子代谢动力学的研究技术,对滋阴药生地、知母和助阳药附子、肉桂以及它们的部分有效成分分别进行了观察。发现它们的作用环节不同于受体激动剂或拮抗剂,而是纠正受体分子的生成降解速率的异常。
In view of the deficiency of the kidney, β-receptor cCAMP and M-receptor cGMP may be unbalanced, and some yin-negative or yang-positive drugs may have adverse effects. In order to investigate their mechanism of action, an irreversible blocker of the beta and M receptors was synthesized as a tool drug to establish a research technique on the molecular metabolic dynamics of the receptors, and to provide a breeding ground for the nourishing yin, anemarrhena and an aphrodisiac. Cinnamon and some of their active ingredients were observed separately. It is found that their role is different from that of receptor agonists or antagonists, but it corrects the abnormality of the generation and degradation rate of receptor molecules.
