本文报道用注射T_3的大鼠研究滋阴药生地龟板对肾脏β-受体作用的实验结果。Wistar大鼠,分正常、T_3和T_3+生龟组。参照Williams等方法用~3H-DHA放射配基分析法测定各组肾脏β-受体,用Scatchard作图法计算受体数量(RT)及亲和力(以解离常数KT表示,进行组间t检验.结果:1)正常、T_3和T_3+生龟组RT值分别为0.0777±0.00726(n=14),0.0925±0.0182(n=15),0.0737±0.0143(n=13)pmol/mg蛋白,t检验正常与T_3组,p<0.01T_3与T_3+生龟组p<0.01;(2)三组KD(nM)分别为3.72±0.91,3.38±1.06,2.89±0.80,正常与T_3及T_3与T_3+生龟组t检验均p<0.05;(3)耗氧量(%),三组分别为100,149±22,124±19,t检验T_3与T_3+生龟组p<0.01。以上实验结果可见:滋阴药生地龟板能纠正甲亢大鼠肾脏β-受体数量的增加,使之回复到正常。可以认为滋阴药治疗甲亢时,纠正病人交感肾上腺能神经系统兴奋症状是有物质基础的。
This article reports the experimental results of rats injected T_3 Ziyin medicine native turtle shell on the role of β-receptors. Wistar rats were divided into normal, T_3 and T_3 + groups.
