本文叙述了以含氧硼化物为渗硼剂的气体碳氮硼三元共渗的试验过程。通过工艺试验和现场试验表明,零件经气体法共渗处理后的硬度、渗层深度、金相组织和耐磨性与液体法三元共渗所得的相同,而工艺操作简便。用此种工艺先后处理丁石油机械零件500多件。有三只泥浆泵缸套和四只阀座在油田试验中已取了数据,平均使用寿命较成批中频或高频感应加热处理的缸套和阀座分别提高1和1.6倍。
This paper describes the experimental process of ternary carbonitriding with oxygen boride as boronizing agent. Through the process test and field test, the hardness, the depth of the infiltrated layer, the microstructure and the wear resistance of the parts after the gas permeation treatment are the same as those obtained by the liquid method ternary permeation, and the process operation is simple and convenient. With this kind of technology has processed more than 500 pieces of petroleum machinery parts. Three mud pump liners and four valve seats have taken data from the field trials and have an average life increase of 1 and 1.6 times, respectively, over the liners or seats of medium frequency or high frequency induction heat treatment.
