高原地区具有缺氧、寒冷、干燥的特点 ,使鼻粘膜糜烂的发病率增高 ,而鼻粘膜糜烂并发症以出血最常见。为探讨高原鼻粘膜糜烂的治疗特殊性 ,我科自1 999年以来 ,用α -糜蛋白酶、氯霉素液联合治疗鼻中隔Ｌｉｔｔｌｅ氏区粘膜糜烂 ,取得良好效果 ,现报告如下。临　床　资　料1 　 Plateau region with hypoxia, cold, dry characteristics, the incidence of nasal mucosal erosion increased, and complications of nasal erosion erosion to the most common bleeding.
