对有差异的学生予以同样的要求并不公平。在小学美术教育中,教师习惯于用同样的标准去度量所有学生,导致学生畏难情绪激增,学习兴趣低下,教育效果大打折扣,阻碍或延缓教育目标的达成。在小学美术教育中践行真实性评价,时时处处突出“以生为本”——关注个体差异、重视个体发展、着眼于未来,能有效促进学生主动学习,从而优化教学,提升学生审美能力。
