预燃室作为一种节能装置,已在电力系统内得到推广和应用。但各厂在系统布置、燃烧方式、防止结焦及使用效果等方面的情况不尽相同。现将我厂预燃室作一简述。一、设备与系统布置我厂预燃室安装在~#8炉上。该炉系上海锅炉厂制造的50410型超高压中间再热锅炉,配有两套中储式制粉系统。今年大修时,对燃烧器进行改造,在底层二次风喷口部位加装了预燃室(共四只)。在制定方案过程中我们的指导思想是首先要使预燃室能达到稳定着火和防
