一、精神文明建设的战略地位改革开放十多年,我国经济建设取得的成就举世瞩目,思想文化建设也取得很大成绩。但我们也不能不看到物质文明与精神文明的发展并不那么平衡、协调。有人认为,只要把物质文明搞上去,精神文明自然会上去;或者说,先把物质文明抓上去,再抓精神文明;更有甚者,说只要把物质文明搞上去,也不惜牺牲精神文明。这种“自发论”、“割裂论”、“代价论”等思想严重地阻碍了精神文明的健康发展。
I. Strategic Position in the Building of Spiritual Civilization Over the past decade and a decade of reform and opening up, the achievements made in our country’s economic construction have attracted worldwide attention. The ideological and cultural construction has also achieved great successes. However, we can not fail to see that the development of material civilization and spiritual civilization is not balanced and coordinated. Some people think that as long as the material civilization is engaged, the spiritual civilization will go up naturally. Or, we should first grasp the material civilization, and then grasp the spiritual civilization. What is more, as long as the material civilization to engage in, but also sacrificed spiritual civilization. Such thoughts of “spontaneous theory”, “secession theory” and “cost theory” have seriously hindered the sound development of spiritual civilization.
