近年来,随着课程改革的深入推进,人们更加关注教学的有效性问题。很多教师在教学实践中,经过反复探索,逐渐摸索出了一些切合实际而又行之有效的教改路子。但我认为,要实现有效教学,即切实提高教学效果,就离不开有效的教研。一、高质量的集体备课是有效教学的保障首先,要始终坚持以年级组为单位的同学科老师的集体备课制度。集体备课必须做到“三定”、“三备”、“四统一”。“三定”即“定时间”、“定内容”、“定中心发言人”;“三备”即“备教材、备学生、备教法”;“四统一”就是“统一教学目标”、“统一重点难点”、“统一教学进度”、“统一作业练习”。集体备课每周至少进行一次,除规定时间外,还要把功夫下在平时,把工作做在课前,把问题解决
