采用参数化的建模方法对两级四列某舰用涡轮冷却叶片进行了冷却结构的设计。通过参数控制复杂涡轮冷却叶片能够方便快捷地生成几何模型,并且为后期冷却结构的修改也提供了极大的便利,参数建模是气冷涡轮叶片设计方法进行工程化应用的前提条件。应用分块化结构网格构造复杂涡轮冷却叶栅进行网格分区时既要保证易于生成高质量网格,又要注意不能过多增加网格分区,增加计算误差。冲击冷却和气膜冷却等措施能够有效保证叶片正常工作,蛇形通道加扰流肋片能够提高叶片的冷却效果。
A parametric modeling method was used to design the cooling structure of a turbine turbine blade with two stages and four columns. By controlling the parameters of complex turbine cooling blades, the geometric model can be generated easily and quickly, and the modification of the cooling structure is also provided with great convenience. Parametric modeling is a prerequisite for the engineering application of the design method of air cooled turbine blades. It is necessary to ensure easy generation of high-quality grids when constructing complex turbine cooling cascades by using split-type structured grids. At the same time, it is necessary to pay attention not to increase the grid partition excessively and increase the calculation error. Impact cooling and film cooling measures can effectively ensure the normal operation of the blade, the serpentine channel spoiler flow ribs can improve the cooling effect of the blade.
