随着我国经济快速发展,社会生产对煤炭资源的需求日益增多,在这种情况下,煤炭行业取得了飞速的发展。但是近年来,由于煤矿事故频繁出现,也给人们敲响了警钟,煤矿安全生产越来越受到各行各界的关注。在社会主义市场经济中,煤炭行业也经受着越来越多外界的挑战,因此如何实现煤矿生产的安全高效成为煤炭行业体制改革的一个亟待需要解决的重大问题,而要实现这一目标,必须要对煤矿生产系统进行优化。本文将以山东古城煤矿发展为例进行理论分析,通过优化煤矿生产系统,来实现煤矿生产的安全高效,使煤炭行业健康稳定的发展。
