尽管在镍基铸铁焊条中,Ni—Fe型铸铁焊条《铸408》具有强度较高、抗裂性较好和价格较低的优点,但与纯镍焊条《铸308》相比,则冷焊铸铁接头的切削加工性能较差。这是国内外Ni—Fe型焊条在生产应用中受到限制的最重要原因。为了提高该型焊条的接头加工性能,进一步改善抗裂性能和提高接头强度,我们曾研制成功了具有球墨奥氏体铸铁焊缝的新型Ni—Fe焊条《球408》该焊条在1986年通过机械部鉴定后,于1987年已列入全国统一焊条牌号,定名为《铸438》。关于《球408》(下称《铸438》)的抗裂性和机械性能等比《铸408》明显提高的结果,早已论述。对
