目的研究白花蛇舌草化学成分。方法采用常规色谱技术分离,运用波谱技术和文献对照法鉴定化合物结构。结果从乙酸乙酯部位分离得到7个化合物:对羟基苯甲酸(1),4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯甲酸(2),槲皮素(3),山奈酚-3-O-[2′′-O-(E-6′′′-O-阿魏酰基)-β-D-葡萄糖]-β-D-半乳糖苷(4),反式-6-O-阿魏酰鸡屎藤次苷甲酯(5),2-羟基-3-甲基蒽醌(6),4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸(7)。结论化合物1,2,7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Hedyotis diffusa. Methods The compounds were separated by the conventional chromatographic techniques and the structures of the compounds were identified by spectral analysis and literature comparison. Results Seven compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction: p-hydroxybenzoic acid (1), 4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxybenzoic acid (2), quercetin (3) (4), trans-6-O- (E-6’’-O- feruloyl) -β-D-glucose] Diclofloxacin methyl ester (5), 2-hydroxy-3-methylanthraquinone (6), 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic acid (7). Conclusion Compounds 1, 2 and 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
