在现代工业中,许多钢结构被要求承受108以上的疲劳载荷,钢的超高周疲劳性能研究已成为疲劳研究领域的一大热点。对当前国内外钢的超高周疲劳性能及其影响因素研究进行了综述,主要介绍了超高周疲劳S-N曲线、超高周疲劳裂纹萌生和扩展机理以及几个超高周疲劳性能影响因素,并提出了以后在超高周疲劳问题研究中需要进一步研究的方向,为当前超高周疲劳研究提供一个参考。
In modern industry, many steel structures are required to bear the fatigue load of more than 108, the study of the ultrahigh cycle fatigue properties of steel has become a hot topic in the field of fatigue research. The current super high cycle fatigue properties and influencing factors of steel at home and abroad are reviewed. The SN curve of superhigh cycle fatigue, the initiation and propagation mechanism of superhigh cycle fatigue cracks and the influencing factors of several superhigh cycle fatigue properties are mainly introduced. And put forward the direction that needs further research in the research of the ultra-high cycle fatigue in the future, which provides a reference for the current research on the ultra-high cycle fatigue.
