对2例正常人、3例骨髓增生异常综合征、2例慢性再生障碍性贫血、5例慢性髓细胞白血病病人骨髓细胞体外培养显示,各种骨髓细胞对造血生长因子rhGMCSF、rhEPO、rhγIFN、-γhIL-3联合作用的反应较为一致,只是反应程度不同,GM-CSF、RPO双因子联合应用时对CFU-GM形成的作用与GM-CSF单因子作用相似。而当培养体系中同时加入IL-3,GM-CSF、EPO时,表现出明显的协同与叠加作用,各标本中集(丛)落数量和细胞数均显著增加,红系粒系培养血中都可见到较多混合性集落。γIFN抑制CFU-GM,BFU-E形成,而当与IL-3.GM-CSF、EPO联合应用时,其抑制克隆形成的作用被抵消,在正常人及2例MDS标本中,BFU-E、CFU-GM克隆生长旺盛,似乎表现出协同作用.
In vitro culture of bone marrow cells from 2 normal subjects, 3 myelodysplastic syndromes, 2 chronic aplastic anemia patients and 5 chronic myeloid leukemia patients showed that allogenic myeloid leukemia cells were significantly inhibited by hematopoietic growth factors rhGMCSF, rhEPO, rhγIFN, The response of γhIL-3 was consistent, but with different degrees of response.
