目的 :了解胚胎垂体生长激素细胞的发育规律及意义。方法 :采用免疫细胞化学方法系统观察 34例 16~ 32周人胎垂体生长激素细胞形态及分布规律。结果 :①胎 16周已存在生长激素样免疫反应细胞 ,多分布于垂体远侧部的周边 ,数量较少。随胎龄增加 ,生长激素样免疫反应细胞数量逐渐增多 ,并向远侧部的中央延伸。②胎 16周生长激素样免疫反应细胞呈卵园形或多角形、胞浆较少 ,随胎龄增加 ,胞浆逐渐增多 ,至胎龄晚期 ,生长激素样免疫反应细胞以大型细胞为主 ,多为园形或卵园形。结论 :生长激素细胞的发育是从幼稚到成熟的过程。
Objective: To understand the developmental rules and significance of embryonic pituitary growth hormone cells. Methods: Immunocytochemistry was used to systematically observe the morphology and distribution of 34 cases of human pituitary ghrelin from 16 to 32 weeks. Results: ①There was growth hormone-like immunoreactive cells at 16 weeks of gestation, distributed in the periphery of the distal part of the pituitary, with a small number. As the gestational age increases, the number of somatotrophin-like immunoreactive cells gradually increases and extends to the center of the distal part. ② The growth hormone-like immunoreactive cells in 16-week fetuses were oval-shaped or polygonal with less cytoplasm. With the increase of gestational age, the cytoplasm gradually increased. To the late gestational age, the majority of somatotrophin-like immunoreactive cells were mainly large cells, Mostly park-shaped or egg-shaped garden. Conclusion: The development of growth hormone cells is from naive to mature process.
