胎儿垂体26例,经10%福尔马林生理盐水固定,用过甲酸—醋酸1%阿利新蓝—PAS—酸性桔黄G—0.5%偶氮卡红(藻红)染色,区别垂体前叶细胞。细胞按Ham、Bloom组织学分类命名。结果:12—13wk胎儿:可见深蓝色促甲状腺激素、浅蓝色促肾上腺皮质激素和紫色促性腺激素细胞。16—18wk胎儿:可见5种激素细胞(促甲状腺、促肾上腺皮质、促性腺激素、桔黄色促生长激素及桔红色催乳激素细胞)。足月胎儿:出现7种细胞类型(促甲状腺、促肾上腺皮质、促生长激素、催乳激素细胞、紫红色促卵泡激素、紫色促黄体生成素细胞、嫌色细胞),从此证实胎生期垂体前叶细胞均有功能活动,并探讨垂体前叶激素细胞的发生。
