川西獐牙菜是一种珍稀的中藏药材,目前对于川西獐牙菜的研究主要集中在药用疗效和药用价值方面,而基于遥感与GIS适宜性分布研究较少。运用遥感和GIS技术来研究分析四川省川西獐牙菜适宜性分布区域,为野生资源保护开发、人工引种栽培以及调整四川省中药产业布局提供了科学依据。该研究在文献查阅和分析川西獐牙菜分布适宜性的海拔、年降水、年均温等生态因子基础上,基于遥感与GIS技术,获取生态因子、叠加分析、结合GPS野外验证数据,对四川省川西獐牙菜的适宜性分布区域进行了研究。(1)川西獐牙菜在四川省适宜分布面积为1 543.749 km2,主要分布在德格县、甘孜县、道孚县、康定县、马尔康市、金川县、小金县、丹巴县、稻城县、乡城县、新龙县、阿坝县、木里县等县市,占该区县市总面积的7.25%;(2)相关资料以及野外实地验证调查发现,通过GIS得到的川西獐牙菜适宜分布区域与实际分布情况基本吻合。研究表明基于遥感与GIS技术提取川西獐牙菜适宜分布区是可行的,可以应用到其他道地珍稀中药材的适宜性分布区域研究。
Schizandra chinensis is a rare Chinese and Tibetan medicinal materials. At present, the research on Swertia chinensis mainly focuses on medicinal efficacy and medicinal value, but less on the distribution of suitability based on remote sensing and GIS. The use of remote sensing and GIS technology to study and analyze the suitable distribution area of Swertia chuanxxi in Sichuan province provides a scientific basis for the protection and development of wild resources, artificial introduction and cultivation and the adjustment of the layout of traditional Chinese medicine industry in Sichuan Province. Based on the ecological factors such as altitude, annual precipitation and annual average temperature, the suitable distribution of Swertia serrata in the literature, based on the remote sensing and GIS technology, the study obtained ecological factors, superimposed analysis, combined with GPS field validation data, The suitable distribution area of Swertia chinensis was studied. (1) The suitable distribution area of Swertia japonica in Sichuan is 1 543.749 km2, mainly distributed in Dege County, Ganzi County, Daofu County, Kangding County, Malcolm City, Jinchuan County, Xiaojin County, Danba County, Daocheng County , Xiangcheng County, Xinlong County, Aba County, Muli County and other counties, accounting for 7.25% of the total counties and cities in the region; (2) related information and field verification survey found that GIS obtained by Western Sichuan swertia Appropriate distribution area and the actual distribution of the basic agreement. The research shows that it is feasible to extract the suitable distribution area of Swertia mandshurica on the basis of remote sensing and GIS technology and it can be applied to the study on the suitable distribution area of other rare and authentic Chinese herbal medicines.
