目的:探讨益气养阴汤联合阿托伐他汀钙对老年糖尿病肾病患者β2微球蛋白及胱抑素C水平的影响及意义。方法:选取2015年4月—2016年4月于本院以糖尿病肾病为诊断入院的老年患者78例,随机分为两组:对照组39例,予常规治疗;实验组39例,在对照组的治疗基础上加用益气养阴汤联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗。共治疗1个月。观察两组患者治疗前后血糖、血脂、肾功、β2MG、血清Cys-C、hs-CRP、Hcy水平及临床疗效,其结果采用统计学软件SPSS19.0进行分析。结果:与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后的FPG、Hb A1c、TC、TG、LDL、UAER、Scr、β2MG、Cys-C、hs-CRP及Hcy水平均明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后两组同期比较,实验组的FPG、Hb A1c、TC、TG、LDL、UAER、Scr、β2MG、CysC、hs-CRP及Hcy水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组总有效率高于对照组,以上结果差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴汤联合阿托伐他汀钙能有效降低老年糖尿病肾病患者的血糖、血脂、β2MG、血清Cys-C、hsCRP、Hcy水平,保护肾功能,临床疗效较佳,值得临床应用、推广。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction combined with atorvastatin calcium on β2 microglobulin and cystatin C in elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods: From April 2015 to April 2016, 78 elderly patients admitted to our hospital with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 39), routine treatment; experimental group (n = 39) Based on the treatment of Qi plus yin yin plus atorvastatin calcium treatment. Conclusion: Yiqi Yangyin Decoction combined with atorvastatin calcium can effectively reduce the levels of blood glucose, blood lipid, β2MG, serum Cys-C, hsCRP and Hcy in elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy and protect the renal function. The clinical effect is worthy of clinical application. Promotion.
