目的探讨灵芝孢子油对老龄小鼠的免疫保护作用。方法将192只健康老龄(12月龄)SPF级昆明雄性小鼠随机分为A、B、C、D 4组,各组均随机分为4个小组,即对照组、低、中、高剂量组,每组12只。低、中、高剂量组小鼠经口灌胃分别为0.25、0.50、1.50mg/(kg·bw)的灵芝孢子油,对照组给予同体积的玉米油。灌胃容量0.02 ml/g,1/d。连续灌胃30d后,分别进行迟发型变态反应(DTH)实验、血清溶血素的测定、抗体生成细胞数的测定、碳廓清实验、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验、淋巴细胞转化实验和NK细胞活性测定。结果灵芝孢子油暴露后,与对照组相比,中、高剂量组小鼠足跖肿胀度、淋巴细胞增殖能力、抗体生成细胞数、抗体积数、单核-巨噬细胞碳廓清能力、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的吞噬率、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的吞噬指数均具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),而NK细胞活性无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随着灵芝孢子油灌胃剂量的升高,上述指标均呈上升趋势。结论灵芝孢子油可以增强老龄小鼠的免疫保护作用。

With the ganoderma spore oil gavage dose, the above indicators are on the rise. Conclusion Ganoderma lucidum spores oil can enhance the immune protection in aged mice.
