[目的]了解学生家长对甲型H1N1流感暴发后关闭学校这一措施的认可度。[方法]采用统一的问卷对发生甲流暴发疫情的某国际学校460名家长进行调查。[结果]回收有效问卷368份,问卷有效率为80%。53.80%家长赞成关闭学校,理由主要是认为关闭学校能保护其他健康学生避免感染(52.53%);46.20%家长反对关闭学校,理由主要是认为仅需隔离病例就能阻止疫情(31.76%)。非病例学生家长赞成关闭学校的比例明显高于病例组家长(χ2=6.88,P=0.009)。年级与赞成关闭学校的比例之间呈负相关,随着年级增高,非病例学生家长赞成关闭学校的比例随之降低(rs=-0.595,P=0.032)。[结论]家长对关闭学校的措施存在分歧。提示卫生和教育部分应采取措施,加强健康教育并保障防控措施落实,防止疫情向社区的扩散。
[Objective] To understand the parents’ recognition of the closure of schools after the outbreak of Influenza A (H1N1) flu. [Methods] A total of 460 parents in an international school who reported the outbreak of Influenza A were investigated by a unified questionnaire. [Results] 368 valid questionnaires were collected, the effective rate of the questionnaire was 80%. 53.80% of parents are in favor of shutting down their schools, mainly on the grounds that shutting schools can protect other healthy students from being infected (52.53%); 46.20% of parents oppose shutting down schools because the main reason is that isolation of cases can stop the epidemic (31.76%). Parents of non-case-fathers preferred to close schools significantly higher than those of case-fathers (χ2 = 6.88, P = 0.009). There was a negative correlation between the grade and the proportion of students who favored closing schools. As the grade increased, the proportion of nonparent students favoring closing schools decreased (rs = -0.595, P = 0.032). [Conclusion] Parents disagree on the measures to shut down schools. It is suggested that health and education departments should take measures to strengthen health education and ensure the implementation of prevention and control measures so as to prevent the outbreak from spreading to the community.
