三月,北京又迎来了一年一度的全国“两会”。无疑,房地产市场的发展,再一次成为“两会”关注的焦点、热议的话题。国务院总理温家宝3月5日在十一届全国人大一次会议上作政府工作报告时说,要抓紧建立住房保障体系。要坚定不移地推进住房改革和建设,让人民群众安居乐业。温家宝强调,今年要采取四项措施:一要健全廉租住房制度,加快廉租住房建设,增加房源供给,加强经济适用住房的建设和管理,积极解决城市低收入群众住房困难。
