目的分析我省W135群脑膜炎奈瑟菌(Neisseria meningitides,Nm)分离株的多位点序列分型,了解菌株之间遗传进化关系,为防控流脑提供分子依据。方法通过PCR扩增流脑多位点序列分型(Multilocus Sequence Typing,MLST)的7个管家基因(abcZ、adk、aroE、fumC、gdh、pdhC、pgm),测序分析比对获得序列型(Sequence Type,ST)。结果3株W135群菌株中有2株为ST-11和1株ST-4821,不同型别共存的现象。结论福建省分离的3株
