投资主体是决策、责任和利益主体,既有投资决策权,又承担经济、政治、法律、道德等责任和风险,享有投资收益。目前我国的投资主体主要有中央政府投资主体、地方政府投资主体、企业投资主体、个人投资主体和国外投资主体等。不同投资主体之间既相对独立,又相互联系,既能单独投资,又能以不同投资主体联合投资,由此构成我国有机的多元化的多层次的投资体系。
The main body of investment is the main body of decision-making, responsibility and interest. It has both the power of investment decision-making and the economic, political, legal and moral responsibilities and risks and enjoys investment returns. At present, the main investors in our country are the investors of the central government, the investors of the local governments, the investors of the enterprises, the individuals who invest themselves and the foreign investors. Different investment entities are relatively independent and interconnected.
