在高温日照环境中,导弹贮运发射箱内的温度在持续的变化。为了研究这一传热过程,采用发射箱典型结构传热系数的计算方法以及发射箱表面温度的计算方法,对某型号发射箱内流场进行了流固耦合的三维数值仿真。计算表明,仿真结果与试验数据吻合较好,该方法可以作为发射箱内传热仿真的参考依据。
In high temperature sunshine environment, the temperature inside the missile storage launcher changes continuously. In order to study the heat transfer process, the three-dimensional numerical simulation of fluid-solid coupling of the flow field in a launch box was carried out by using the calculation method of the heat transfer coefficient of the typical structure of the launch box and the calculation method of the surface temperature of the launch box. The calculation shows that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental data, and the method can be used as reference for heat transfer simulation in the launching box.
