对单晶Ni2 MnGa的马氏体相微观结构进行了分析 ,发现可能是由于在单晶生长过程中在生长方向存在取向的内应力 ,导致该单晶样品发生马氏体相变时马氏体变体会沿生长方向择优排列 .通过对单晶磁化曲线的测量 ,讨论了变体的择优排列对磁畴分布的影响 .
The microstructure of the martensitic phase of single crystal Ni2 MnGa was analyzed and it was found that it may be due to the internal stress existing in the direction of growth during the growth of single crystal. As a result, martensite Variants will be preferentially aligned along the growth direction.Through the measurement of the single-crystal magnetization curve, the influence of the preferred arrangement of the variants on the magnetic domain distribution is discussed.
