个性,通常指一定社会条件下个人所具有的意识倾向性。由于生活经历各不相同,人们的个性也就显得千差万别。一个人的个性是积极的还是消极的,是平庸的还是富有创造性的,对他的事业、人际关系、乃至家庭生活都有十分重大的影响。可以毫不夸张地说,个性是一个人全部心理特征的基础,是创造力的源泉。 政治家的个性在于果断坚定,军人的个性在于勇猛刚强。那么,作为一个政治教师,他必须具备怎样的个性特征,才能使自己的教学更有成效,使自己的形象更有魅力? 笔者认为,政治教师的个性特征,应包括以下几个方面。
Personality usually refers to the individual’s ideological inclination under certain social conditions. Because of different life experiences, people’s personalities also look very different. Whether a person’s personality is positive or negative, mediocre or creative, has a very significant influence on his career, relationships, and even family life. It is no exaggeration to say that personality is the basis of a person’s entire psychological characteristics and the source of creativity. The politician’s personality is determined and firm, and the soldier’s personality is brave and strong. Then, as a political teacher, what kind of personality characteristics must he have, in order to make his teaching more effective, and make his own image more attractive? The author believes that the personality characteristics of political teachers should include the following aspects.
