利用有限元软件对L型截面异形环件轧制工艺进行了研究,模拟了矩形、外斜度、内斜度三种不同形状的轧制毛坯轧制后,孔型填充和缺陷产生,结果表明:1)矩形截面轧制毛坯进行环轧后,孔型不能完全充满,且出现了一定程度的鱼尾和毛刺;2)内斜度轧制毛坯进行环轧后,孔型不能充满,且环件内圆处原有斜度不能完全消除,并出现了严重的毛刺;3)外斜度环件进行环轧后,孔型能够完全充满,且鱼尾和毛刺等缺陷较为轻微。工艺试制结果表明,该方案能够生产出合格的锻件。
The finite element software was used to study the rolling process of L-shaped profiled ring, and the filling and defect generation were simulated after the rectangular rolling, the external gradient and the internal gradient rolling. : 1) After the rectangular cross-section rolling blank is ring-rolled, the hole type can not be completely filled, and a certain degree of fish tail and burr appears; 2) After the slab is rolled by ring rolling, the hole type can not be filled, The original pitch of the inner circle can not be completely eliminated, and serious burrs appear. 3) After the outer slope ring is rolled, the hole type can be completely filled, and defects such as fish tail and burrs are relatively minor. Process trial results show that the program can produce qualified forgings.
