Their work includes the policies, regulations, and master plans of the city or community. In the process of SWA helping owners deal with policies and regulations, our planning focuses primarily on physical rather than policy aspects. Because physical planning necessarily involves policy planning, the development of projects (such as cities, communities, universities, tourist areas, parks, etc.) is part of the physical planning process.
