涡轮叶片熔模铸造的过程中陶瓷型芯的工作状态十分复杂,在高温金属液压力作用下,陶瓷型芯有可能会产生变形甚至断裂。在等温条件下,应用Fluent和ANSYS软件,通过流固耦合的方式对不同充型过程下型芯进行结构分析。计算结果表明,充型快慢对陶瓷型芯在充型过程中受到的正应力、最大剪切力、等效应力有很大的影响,同时可以更直观的展现型芯的工作状态,从而更好的指导制定实际生产工艺。
During the process of turbine blade investment casting, the working state of the ceramic core is very complicated. The ceramic core may be deformed or even ruptured under the action of high temperature metal hydraulic pressure. Under the condition of isothermal, Fluent and ANSYS software were used to analyze the structure of core under different filling process by means of fluid-solid coupling. The calculation results show that the filling speed has great influence on the normal stress, the maximum shear force and the equivalent stress on the ceramic core during the filling process, and at the same time, the working state of the core can be more intuitively displayed, so as to be better Guide the development of the actual production process.
