2004年9月利用“海监47号”科学调查船在长江口海域采集不同层次的水样及表层沉积物样品,利用氢化物发生原子吸收光谱法测定水样及底沉积物中砷、硒的含量.结果表明,长江口海域溶解砷、As(Ⅲ)含量的变化范围分别为13.5~25.2nmol.L-1、未检出~5.22 nmol.L-1,平均含量分别为17.9、1.76 nmol.L-1;溶解砷以As(Ⅴ)为主.溶解硒的变化范围分别为1.50~5.70 nmol.L-1,平均含量为3.35 nmol.L-1.长江口及邻近海域溶解砷、硒的平面分布存在明显的梯度,浓度由沿岸向中央海区递减,垂直分布较均匀,表、底层差别不大.长江口砷的行为是保守的,而硒在河口中部明显存在转移.生物作用对溶解硒的分布影响较大,而对溶解砷的影响不明显.底沉积物砷、硒含量变化范围较大,分别为3.87~13.1 mg.kg-1、0.067~0.23mg.kg-1,长江口及邻近海域沉积物中砷、硒主要来自长江的输送.
