考察几种提取方法对山楂果肉中总黄酮提取效率的影响。采用不同的提取方法获得山楂浸膏,经大孔吸附树脂分离提取有效成分。以蒸馏水为溶剂,用水煎煮法提取经大孔吸附树脂分离,提取效率最低(0.0413%);以60%乙醇为溶剂,回流提取经大孔吸附树脂分离,提取效率较高(0.927%);以60%乙醇为溶剂,超声提取经大孔吸附树脂分离,提取效率最高(1.960%)。结果表明,以60%乙醇为溶剂,超声提取,经大孔吸附树脂分离,提取效率最高,且方法简便易行,适于大规模生产。
Effects of several extraction methods on the extraction efficiency of total flavonoids from hawthorn pulp. Using different extraction methods to obtain hawthorn extract, the macroporous resin separation and extraction of active ingredients. The extraction efficiency was the lowest (0.0413%) with distilled water as the solvent and decocted by macroporous adsorption resin. The extraction efficiency was high (0.927%) with 60% ethanol as the solvent and separation by macroporous adsorption resin. With 60% ethanol as solvent, ultrasonic extraction was separated by macroporous adsorption resin and the extraction efficiency was the highest (1.960%). The results showed that ultrasonic extraction with 60% ethanol as solvent and separation by macroporous adsorption resin had the highest extraction efficiency, and the method was simple and easy to operate and suitable for mass production.
