众所周知,私有化是自二十世纪八十年代以来主导世界大多数国家经济社会生活及其走向的一个重大现象,《私有化的局限》一书便源于这一广泛的背景。这份由西方三位大学教授提交给罗马俱乐部的报告在大量实证案例的基础上对全球范围的私有化做了客观的批评性回顾总结。
It is well-known that privatization is a major phenomenon that has led the economic and social life and the trend of most countries in the world since the 1980s. The book Primatization Limits comes from this broad background. The report, submitted by three Western university professors to the club in Rome, objectively and critically reviews the worldwide privatization based on a large number of positive examples.
