托妮·莫里森的许多作品,如《最蓝的眼睛》《苏拉》《柏油娃娃》等都已成为美国当代文坛中的经典文本。在这些作品中,莫里森不仅表达了对于美国黑人处境的关切,同时也流露出了对种族文化在后殖民语境下流失的担心,她的创作极大地丰富了黑人文学与女性文学的内涵。其中较具代表性的,当属发表于1977年的《所罗门之歌》。本文从托妮·莫里森与《所罗门之歌》、小说的主题、叙事三方面,浅析莫里森的《所罗门之歌》。
Many of Toni Morrison’s works, such as “The Bluest Eye,” “Sura” and “Asphalt Doll,” have all become classic texts in American contemporary literary circles. In these works, Morrison not only expressed his concerns about the situation of Afro-American, but also showed his concern about the loss of ethnic culture in the post-colonial context. Her writing greatly enriched the connotation of black literature and feminine literature . One of the more representative, was published in 1977, “Song of Solomon.” This article analyzes Morrison’s Song of Solomon from three aspects of Toni Morrison and Song of Solomon, the theme of the novel and the narration.
